On-Site Speakers | Invited Faculty and Oral Free Communications

Deadline for Upload: September 19, 2022

  • Presentations should be a PowerPoint (media and special fonts must be embedded) or PDF file. If you use Keynote, we ask that you send us the file as early as possible so we can check or assist with any issues. These files will open onsite with a different program and so the layout may change and you should check it on site at our speaker preparation room on site.
  • Slide should be in 16:9, widescreen
  • Size of slide should be the default setting: 33.867 width x 19.05 height
  • You will receive an Email with your personal login directly out of the system. Click the button in the Email, and then log-in creating your own personal pasword.
    If you have not received it, please check your spam/firewall or contact: isaps2022@eventmagix.com.

Nevertheless, you will need to pass by the Speakers Ready Room on site in Istanbubl to do a final check of your presentation! This needs to be done at least 2 hours before the session starts.

It is mandatory that you include the “Declaration of Conflict of Interest-Slide” into each of your presentations.

E-Poster

Deadline for Upload: September 16, 2022

Thank you for accepting to present a poster at ISAPS World Congress. We now need you to upload your poster to our system by Friday, September 16, 2022. Upload options will not be available on site. Your poster will be available for viewing by delegates onsite at our e-poster terminals, on our virtual platform, and on the Congress app.

We recommend that you present your poster as a single page (pdf or jpg). You also have the option to:
– present it as up to 5 PPT slides, saved as a pdf, or
– to including a short recorded poster to summarize your work (no more than two minutes).
